# I have a credit code but I can't use it.

You have a credit note available in your account and would like to use it for your order?
Here are the steps to benefit from it :
* Create your shopping cart.
* Once you’re ready to proceed to payment, you’ll see the message **“**${color}[#56c7e5](DO YOU HAVE A PROMO CODE?)**”** displayed just above the order** **button.
