# I placed an order, when will I receive it?

The delivery of your order depends on several factors, as listed below:
* Part marked ${color}[#4cbb6c](IN STOCK) = available in our warehouse
* Part marked ${color}[#4cbb6c](AVAILABLE WITHIN) = lead time required for the item to arrive at our premises
* Order placed before 2:00 p.m. to ensure same-day dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays)
* Correct delivery method selected ( DPD BUSINESS only if shipping to a company)
* Email address and phone number correctly entered (essential for the carrier)
