# I wish to cancel my order

You want to cancel your order but can’t find how to do it from your account?
Don’t worry — our team is here to help.

Order cancellation is only possible under certain conditions:
* The order status must not be **“Being prepared”**
* The part you wish to cancel must not have been listed with a lead time when you confirmed your order
* Our supplier must have informed us that they are unable to provide the ordered part
