I want to request a return but I can't

To request a return, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel.

If you have exceeded the 14-day period by a few days and the product is still in its original packaging, you can contact our after-sales service. We will review your request, and if it is approved, we will exceptionally reopen your account access so that you can submit your return request before sending the parcel.

The after-sales service reserves the right to refuse your request depending on the time elapsed and the specific part concerned by your return request.
